Terms and Conditions

Please be aware if you are more than 10/ 15 minutes late to your appointment, I will not be  able to fulfil your treatment and you will be charged the cancellation fee which is the full  treatment amount as this will be considered as a no-show. Depending on the size of your  appointment (ie two treatments booked) I am still happy to fulfil one of the services but you  will still be charged for both.  Any treatments cancelled within 24 hours of the booked treatments date and time will incur a  100% cancellation fee, this will be the full treatment amount of your service. Cancellations  within 48 hours of the booked treatments date and time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.  Unfortunately there are no exceptions with this cancellation charge, it is a policy/ enforcement  I have to make to protect my business and livelihood.  You are more than welcome to change, rearrange or cancel your treatment as long as it is 48  hours and over of the booked treatment date and time. You are also welcome to hand your  appointment over to a friend or family member to avoid incurring the cancellation charges as  long as they are patch tested for the treatment booked.  All deposits and booking fees are non-refundable unless agreed to with the practitioner.
